The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Daigle tries a head kick but it misses.
Turner buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Turner avoids a kick to the body.
Turner throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Daigle on the side of the head.

Turner lands a nice looking body shot.
Daigle is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Turner displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Daigle throws out the jab.

Turner scores with a hook to the body. Daigle takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Daigle is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Turner moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
