Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dwayne Johnson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Johnson swivels and escapes.
Johnson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Hunt enables Johnson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hunt manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hunt is on top in guard.

Hunt has control of Johnson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Johnson regains control of the situation pretty easily.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Mike Hunt hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Johnson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Hunt looks up at the clock and then as Johnson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hunt smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hunt takes a little break here. Johnson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Hunt decides to stand back up. Hunt steps back and let's Johnson get back to his feet.

Hunt shoots in and bounces Johnson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Hunt is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Hunt seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Johnson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hunt on the ground.
Hunt slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
