The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tentheros moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Tentheros connects with an inside leg kick.
Kochanowski fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kochanowski is defended easily by Tentheros.
Tentheros with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kochanowski dives in and grabs Tentheros's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tentheros pushes down on Kochanowski's head and hops out.

Ken Tentheros has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jakub Kochanowski.
Tentheros gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Kochanowski is trying to drag Tentheros to the mat but Tentheros just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Kochanowski swings wildly with an uppercut but Tentheros uses good head movement to avoid it.

Tentheros's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Tentheros wants to control but Kochanowski is keeping him busy.

Kochanowski is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Kochanowski has a couple of punches blocked by Tentheros.
Tentheros is pressed up against the cage. Kochanowski has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tentheros down to the mat. Tentheros avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Tentheros scores with a takedown into Kochanowski's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tentheros throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Kochanowski is breathing heavily.
Tentheros throws a powerful right kick. Kochanowski tried to block low but the kick was high! Kochanowski was taken right off of his feet! Tentheros jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!

A determined Ken Tentheros didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
