Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Laguna Lunaris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Mageramsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joseph Mageramsky will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Laguna Lunaris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joseph Mageramsky!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mageramsky shoots in and drives through. Lunaris sprawls well.
Lunaris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Horrible takedown by Mageramsky or perhaps it was just good defense by Lunaris which made him look bad.
Laguna Lunaris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joseph Mageramsky.
Mageramsky throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lunaris throws a low kick but Mageramsky moves out of range easily.

Lunaris got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mageramsky has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lunaris has managed to get both his arms back between Mageramsky's legs - danger averted.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mageramsky is trying to keep Lunaris in close.
Lunaris wanted to stand there but Mageramsky had control of the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mageramsky closes the distance and clinches up with Lunaris, looking for a takedown. Mageramsky pushes Lunaris against the cage but Lunaris circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mageramsky lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.


It looks like Laguna Lunaris has been cut.
Mageramsky fails with the takedown.
Lunaris closes the distance looking to clinch
and Mageramsky counters with a left and a right that stings Lunaris.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mageramsky keeps the fight on the outside.

Lunaris is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Mageramsky bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lunaris's guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lunaris has closed the distance and engaged Mageramsky in a clinch.
Mageramsky is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lunaris pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Lunaris lands an elbow that stopped Mageramsky in his tracks for a moment.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Mageramsky. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

That was a close second round but I would say that Laguna Lunaris will probably get the nod.

Joseph Mageramsky's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Mageramsky has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lunaris uses from the top position.
