The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith tries to clinch
and O Neil counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
O Neil throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
O Neil thuds his right hand into Smith's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
O Neil circles away from the clinch attempt
and O Neil connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Smith moves to clinch but O Neil breaks away
and Smith takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Smith is rocked!
Smith wants to clinch.
O Neil circles away from the clinch attempt
and O Neil counters with a stiff right hand.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can O Neil finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oooooh!!! O Neil has knocked Smith down with a huge combo! O Neil steps away and waves a wobbly Smith back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Smith closes the distance but O Neil moves to the side
and O Neil scores with a counter punch that sends Smith to the canvas! O Neil smells blood - he's punishing Smith with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Smith has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
