The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaylock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rake circles away quickly and effectively.
Blaylock connects with a good right hand that stumbles Rake. Rake circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Blaylock takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rake takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Rake slips a jab and a cross from Blaylock.
Blaylock steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rake.
Blaylock looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Blaylock avoids the body shot from Rake.
Rake throws a body punch but Blaylock moves out of range.

and Blaylock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Rake feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Blaylock sprawling to the canvas! Blaylock rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rake finish him?!
Blaylock is rocked!
Blaylock gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Rake gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anomander Rake!
