The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Raefon shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Johnson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Raefon slips a nice elbow through Johnson's hands, connecting with Johnson's forehead.
Johnson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Raefon scores with a couple of nice shots.
Raefon is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Raefon stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Mad Raefon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raefon misses with a takedown attempt - Johnson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Raefon tries for a takedown but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Raefon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Johnson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Raefon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Johnson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Raefon cracks Johnson with a big right hand but Johnson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Raefon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Raefon lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Johnson down.
