Tiyapairat's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ram Muay. Graham has chosen Eminem - Kim as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Samak Tiyapairat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Josh Graham!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tiyapairat clinches up with Graham and pushes him back against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Tiyapairat.
Tiyapairat lands a nice knee to the body.
Tiyapairat lands a knee to the head.


It looks like Josh Graham has been cut.
Graham misses with the head strike.
Graham jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tiyapairat walks away with a smile on his face. Graham gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Graham blocks a leg kick.
Graham throws a body punch but Tiyapairat moves out of range.
Tiyapairat throws a head kick that Graham semi-blocks.
Graham works over Tiyapairat's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Samak Tiyapairat has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tiyapairat uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Graham.

Tiyapairat drives through and clinches with Graham against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Tiyapairat takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Tiyapairat lands a good knee to the midsection. Graham won't want to take too many of those.

Tiyapairat's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tiyapairat scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Graham throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Tiyapairat clinches up with Graham and pushes him back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tiyapairat scores a nice knee to the body.
A right hook to the body lands for Tiyapairat.
Graham misses with a short punch on the inside.
Tiyapairat lands a nice elbow.
Tiyapairat lands an elbow inside.
Graham misses with a hook from the clinch.
Tiyapairat working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Graham stalling in the clinch but Tiyapairat improves position.
Graham takes a knee to the side of the body.
Graham misses with a hook from the clinch.
Graham throws a head punch that misses.
Graham has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Tiyapairat after a bit of a struggle.
Tiyapairat lands an elbow that stopped Graham in his tracks for a moment.
Nice elbow from Tiyapairat.


That has opened up Josh Graham's cut even more.
Tiyapairat lands a knee to the head.


Graham is rocked!


The cut above Josh Graham's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Tiyapairat.
Graham is still on wobbly legs! Can Tiyapairat finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee is keeping an eye on Tiyapairat - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Tiyapairat lands a big knee! That's hurt Graham! Oh, he's all over the place! Tiyapairat lands another knee that sends Graham to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Samak Tiyapairat!
Samak Tiyapairat decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
