Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob McGrady!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suraski looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Suraski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McGrady tries to close the distance and clinch up but Suraski swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Suraski lands a jab to the head.

McGrady turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and McGrady manages to end up in side control.
Suraski is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
McGrady drops an elbow to the side of Suraski's head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McGrady got a little sloppy there for a moment and Suraski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McGrady has managed to get both his arms back between Suraski's legs - danger averted.

Suraski is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but McGrady frees his head nicely. Oh but Suraski has switched to an armbar! McGrady is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
