Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luan Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ada Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nguyen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Carly Rae Jepsen - Call Me Maybe. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nguyen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reyes.
Nguyen closes the distance and clinches up with Reyes, looking for a takedown. Nguyen pushes Reyes against the cage but Reyes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nguyen shoots in and drives through. Reyes sprawls well.
Nguyen fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luan Nguyen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reyes throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nguyen's head.

It looks like Luan Nguyen has been cut.
Reyes lands with a good body shot.
Reyes connects with a leg kick. Nguyen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Reyes rushes Nguyen and presses him up against the cage.
Reyes using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Nguyen has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Reyes effectively controlling the action here.
Reyes continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Reyes manages to break the clinch.
Nguyen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Reyes drops Nguyen with a beautiful combination! Nguyen stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Reyes is looking for the KO!

Nguyen is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reyes throws a nice looking combination but Nguyen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oh Nguyen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That kick from Reyes tenderised Nguyen's leg. Nguyen is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nguyen seems to have got his legs back now.
Nguyen is breathing heavily.
Nguyen avoids the head kick by Reyes.
Reyes throws a monster overhand right that drops Nguyen! Reyes follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
