Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stem Cell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Valverde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Stem Cell has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Stem Cell seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cell misses with a few strikes there.

Cell scores a takedown into full mount!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Cell looking to control but Valverde is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Valverde is in all sorts of trouble here.

Cell tries to pass to full mount but Valverde defends it.

Cell is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Valverde sees it coming and defends easily.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Valverde can do anything to dispel that myth.
Valverde wants to control but Cell is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Cell wants to take a breather but Valverde is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Cell lands with a shot to the body.

Cell drives through and clinches with Valverde against the cage.
Cell tries to work over Valverde's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Cell throws a punch but it's blocked by Valverde.
Cell is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Valverde wants to break free but Cell has control.
A right handed body shot lands from Cell.
Cell tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Cell throws a head punch that misses.
Valverde tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cell's elbow.
Valverde is trying to break the clinch but Cell has him pressed against the cage.
Cell is trying to maintain a safe position but Valverde gets an underhook and turns Cell into the cage.
Cell throws a punch but it's blocked by Valverde.

Cell swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cell misses with the head strike.
Cell fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Cell tries to work over Valverde's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Valverde has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A nice left hand lands by Cell.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Valverde goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Cell tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Cell can't find room to land a body shot as Valverde controls the action.
Valverde throws a head punch that misses.
Valverde blocking some punches.
Cell misses with a hook to the ribs.
Valverde with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Valverde is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Valverde breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Valverde throws a leg kick but Cell sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Cell connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Cell connects with a right hand. Valverde shakes it off.
Valverde slips a jab and a cross from Cell.
Valverde checks a low kick from Cell.
Juan Valverde is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cell throws out a powerful jab.

Cell darts in and clinches Valverde up against the cage.
Valverde manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Cell is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Valverde is keeping busy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cell working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Cell is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Valverde can't fight it off and eventually Cell manages to take the fight to the floor. Valverde looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stem Cell dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Cell jabs Valverde right on the nose. Valverde blinks but takes it well.
Valverde thows a body shot but no joy.
Horrible takedown by Cell or perhaps it was just good defense by Valverde which made him look bad.

Cell fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Valverde darts in trying to clinch
enabling Cell to counter with a crisp jab.

Valverde is still on wobbly legs! Can Cell finish him?
Cell drops Valverde with a huge uppercut! Valverde drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Cell is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stem Cell!
A very excited looking Stem Cell made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
