I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ej Balingit was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tolonen attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Tolonen takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Balingit misses with an uppercut.
Tolonen thumps Balingit with a low kick.
Balingit swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That kick from Tolonen tenderised Balingit's leg. Balingit is trying to keep his angry face on.
Tolonen misses the body punch
and Balingit counters with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tolonen connects with a right hand. Balingit shakes it off.

It looks like Ej Balingit has been cut.
Balingit bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Balingit throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tolonen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Balingit connects with a jab.
Balingit takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Balingit wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
An inside leg kick lands from Tolonen.
Tolonen defending well as Balingit loads up on a big left hand.
Tolonen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Balingit.
Tolonen throws a nice outside leg kick.

Balingit looks to land a right hand but Tolonen moved out of range.
Tolonen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Balingit manages to avoid it.
Tolonen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Balingit misses with a body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Balingit. Tolonen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Balingit throws a predictable looking body shot

and Tolonen counters with a crisp right hand that drops Balingit! Tolonen lets Balingit back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Tolonen throws a sloppy head kick and Balingit moves out of range easily.
Balingit misses with an uppercut. Tolonen saw that one coming.

Tolonen sends Balingit crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tolonen is motioning to the referee to let Balingit up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Balingit is still on wobbly legs! Can Tolonen finish him?

Tolonen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Balingit seems to have recovered his senses.
Tolonen connects with a leg kick. Balingit looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
