The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wellman Junior throws a nice looking combination but Van Kirkland bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Van Kirkland takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wellman Junior fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Van Kirkland is out of range.
Wellman Junior connects with a leg kick. Van Kirkland looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Wellman Junior throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Wellman Junior rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Van Kirkland moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
