Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jabari Jelani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes to the cage accompanied by Sober by Tool. Jabari Jelani has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jason Davis's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jelani throws a hook but Davis avoids it easily.
Jabari Jelani seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jelani blocks a jab.
Jelani pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jelani walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Davis checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Davis connects with a body shot that sends Jelani's belly button to the back.
Jelani dives in and grabs Davis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes down on Jelani's head and hops out.
Davis has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Jason Davis has been cut.
Davis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jelani fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Davis.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Davis stuns Jelani with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Davis shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jelani manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Jelani is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Davis is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Davis had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jelani defends it easily.
Davis wants to sweep here but Jelani controlling him for the moment.

Jelani got a little sloppy there for a moment and Davis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jelani has managed to get both his arms back between Davis's legs - danger averted.
Davis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Davis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jelani manages to get himself to full guard.

Davis throws a strike but Jelani rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jason Davis will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Jelani swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Davis counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Davis throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jelani stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jason Davis.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Davis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
