Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristow Zedski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grant is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Countless Backs of Sad Losers by The Jesus Lizard. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant lands a nice shot to the body.
A slow jab from Zedski misses its intended target.
Zedski keeps the fight on the outside.

Grant closes the distance and clinches.
Zedski on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Zedski is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Zedski wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Grant has him pressed against the cage.
Grant throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Grant has Zedski pressed against the cage, preventing Zedski from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Grant tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zedski has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Grant is trying to keep an underhook but Zedski manages to get the takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Grant regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Zedski.

Zedski wants to control from the top but Grant keeps moving.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zedski throws a strike but Grant rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Grant is in a horrible position here. Zedski smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Zedski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Grant really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zedski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Zedski softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Grant is out cold! Zedski jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
