The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thai bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Viceroy's head backwards.
Thai gets a double leg takedown into Viceroy's guard.
Viceroy managing to control the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Viceroy can do anything to dispel that myth.
Thai trying to control the position from guard on top but Viceroy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thai wants to stand but Viceroy is controlling his posture from full guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Viceroy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Thai looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Thai takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Viceroy connects with a single shot there.

Viceroy throws a nice looking combination but Thai bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Thai moves forwards but Viceroy connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Thai doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Thai will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

OH! Thai has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Viceroy smells blood and charges in for the finish! Viceroy unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Thai sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Lord Viceroy really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that L.A. Elite Clothing Co logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
