Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Redshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacque Schtrappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redshaw comes to the cage accompanied by ACDC - Skies on Fire. Schtrappe has chosen Nitzer Ebb - Violent Playground as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 3, fighting out of Sydney, Dexter Redshaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacque Schtrappe!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schtrappe loads up on a big right hand but Redshaw slips the punch.

Schtrappe stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Horrible takedown by Redshaw or perhaps it was just good defense by Schtrappe which made him look bad.
Schtrappe digs a good body shot into Redshaw's ribs.
Redshaw tries a low kick but Schtrappe avoids it.
Redshaw misses with a takedown attempt
and Schtrappe counters with a straight right hand.
Redshaw tries to clinch up.
Redshaw wants to clinch up but Schtrappe keeps it at a distance.
Redshaw misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dexter Redshaw. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Redshaw shoots in for a double leg but Schtrappe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Redshaw blocks a jab.

Schtrappe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A big left from Schtrappe misses.

Redshaw fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Redshaw swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Schtrappe counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Redshaw looks to land a combination but Schtrappe avoids it well.
Redshaw tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Schtrappe is able to avoid easily.
Schtrappe uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Redshaw rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Schtrappe counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Schtrappe getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Redshaw fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schtrappe manages to avoid it.
Schtrappe tests Redshaw's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Redshaw is rocked!
Redshaw takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Oh Redshaw is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Redshaw is breathing heavily.
Redshaw avoids a kick to the body.
Redshaw tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Schtrappe swivels and escapes.
Redshaw seems to have got his legs back now.
Redshaw steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Schtrappe.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Redshaw. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Schtrappe slaps away a takedown attempt from Redshaw, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Schtrappe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Redshaw moves away.

Schtrappe lands a big right hand that sends Redshaw crashing to the mat! Schtrappe stays standing though and waves Redshaw back to his feet!
A thudding body kick lands there by Schtrappe!

Redshaw misses with a takedown attempt - Schtrappe sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Schtrappe drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Redshaw right on the button. Redshaw goes down! Schtrappe follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Schtrappe gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jacque Schtrappe!
A very excited looking Jacque Schtrappe rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
