Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shogun BDown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Cross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shogun BDown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Harry Cross!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BDown blocks a jab.
Cross moves out of range of the body kick.
A jab from Cross misses.
Cross moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Cross on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by BDown. BDown obviously looking to wear him down.
BDown looks to land a right hand but Cross moved out of range.
BDown jabs at Cross's body.
BDown fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cross.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
BDown doesn't manage to clinch there - Cross circles away.
BDown throws a chopping leg kick but Cross manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
A slapping leg kick lands for BDown.
BDown jabbing away but nothing is landing.
BDown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cross throws a hook but BDown blocks it.

BDown pushes Cross up against the cage in a clinch.
BDown lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cross backwards.
Cross blocks a body shot from BDown.
BDown swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cross has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Cross lands a right hand that snaps the head of BDown backwards.
BDown lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
BDown looking to stall.
Cross swings wildly with an uppercut but BDown uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cross looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
BDown has Cross pressed against the cage, preventing Cross from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Cross slowing the pace effectively.
Cross trying to stall but BDown improves his position.
Cross has a couple of punches blocked by BDown.
BDown lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cross backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
BDown lands an uppercut.
BDown working some nice short punches in the clinch.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Cross wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cross has had enough of the clinch but BDown keeps him there for the moment.
BDown works on Cross's body with a couple of short punches.
Cross's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Cross looks gassed!

Nice body punch from BDown - that landed with a thud.
BDown working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
BDown dips a shoulder and cracks Cross with a mighty uppercut! Cross falls back against the cage and BDown unloads with a barrage of strikes! Cross is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - BDown screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
