The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McArthur tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Taylor paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Taylor tries to keep at a distance but McArthur has taken the fight into the clinch.
Taylor tries a body shot but McArthur blocks it.

McArthur connects with a knee to the head.
A nice glancing elbow lands by McArthur.
McArthur lands an elbow just above Taylor 's eye.

Taylor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
McArthur goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
McArthur tries to clinch but Taylor moves out of range.
McArthur doesn't manage to clinch there - Taylor circles away.
Taylor swats away the attempt to clinch by McArthur.
McArthur tries to close the distance and clinch but Taylor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McArthur fails in his attempt to clinch.
Taylor takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Taylor looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
