Damian Marley - Nah Mean as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dennis Oppelaar could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Randy Orton's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dennis Oppelaar!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Randy Orton!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orton stuffs the takedown.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Oppelaar lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Orton!

Oppelaar swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Orton is now in Oppelaar's guard. A big mistake from Oppelaar there, giving up the dominant position!

Oppelaar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Orton defends well.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Orton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Oppelaar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Oppelaar is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Orton has managed to free his arm - good work.
Orton is looking to control Oppelaar's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Orton avoid being mounted?

Oppelaar is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Oppelaar is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Orton is just riding it out for now. Oppelaar eventually gives up the hold.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Randy Orton will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Orton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Orton wants it to stay on the feet.
No joy there for Oppelaar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Oppelaar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Orton avoids it really well and circles away.

Oppelaar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Orton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Orton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Oppelaar's guard.
Randy Orton has got the better of the ground game so far.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Orton thows a huge punch but Oppelaar dodges it nicely.

Orton winds up and cracks Oppelaar with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Orton keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Oppelaar's head.
Oppelaar can't keep his opponent in guard - Orton advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Orton looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
