The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zorrander closes the distance and clinches.

Zorrander manages to break the clinch.
Oliveira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Zorrander's waist but Zorrander gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oliveira off to one side.
Zorrander throws a low kick but it's checked well by Oliveira.
Zorrander connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Zorrander lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Oliveira moves to clinch but Zorrander breaks away

and Zorrander counters by clinching up.
Zorrander tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Oliveira is trying to break the clinch but Zorrander is controlling him.
Zorrander blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Zorrander ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Oliveira takes one to the chin there.

and Zorrander counters with an outside leg kick.
Zorrander shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Zorrander throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Oliveira walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Zorrander counters with a straight right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zorrander paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Oliveira takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Zorrander fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Zorrander thuds a left hand into Oliveira's body.

Zorrander has managed to clinch.
Oliveira tries to circle away but Zorrander has him pinned against the cage.

Zorrander keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Oliveira's efforts to push away.
Oliveira's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Zorrander digs a right hand underneath Oliveira's ribcage. Oliveira let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Zorrander unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Oh Oliveira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zorrander unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Oliveira! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Zorrander is unloading with more strikes now! Oliveira drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

After winning the bout, Zeus Zorrander thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
