Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaakko Jussila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Carter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to La Roux - In For The Kill. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jussila keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Jussila throws a right hand that Carter ducks under and follows up with a left that Carter also avoids with ease.
A jab from Jussila misses.
Carter lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jussila tries a head kick but it misses.
Jussila misses with a wild body shot.
Carter cracks Jussila with a good jab.
Jussila wants to slow Carter down by chopping away at his legs.
Jussila stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jussila uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Carter.

Carter misses with a low kick.

Jussila throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Carter steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jussila.
Carter lands a nice shot to the body.
Carter throws a half hearted mid kick.
Jussila will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jaakko Jussila seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jussila takes a swing at Carter's ribcage but misses.
Carter throws a sloppy head kick and Jussila moves out of range easily.
Carter thows a leg kick but Jussila checks it
and Jussila counters with a thumping low kick.
Jussila throws a combination. Carter tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jussila lands with a shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jussila is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Carter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jussila sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Jussila bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Carter fakes the leg kick and cracks Jussila in the body.
Nice uppercut there from Jussila.
Carter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jussila avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jussila misses with a kick to the body.
Carter cracks Jussila with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Carter is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Carter throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Carter lands a leg kick that knocks Jussila off balance momentarily.
Carter scores with a one two! Jussila had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Jussila is rocked!
Carter fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Jussila square on the jaw! Damn, Jussila is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
