Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trey Anastasio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scottie Highlander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anastasio comes into the arena with Tweezer blaring out of the sound system. Scottie Highlander will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Highlander misses with a few strikes there.
Anastasio avoids a punch combination nicely.
Highlander scores with a crisp jab that stopped Anastasio in his tracks.

It looks like Trey Anastasio has been cut.

Anastasio shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Anastasio lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Highlander can do anything to dispel that myth.
Anastasio wants to control the pace but Highlander is squirming around nicely.
Highlander prevents any damage by holding on tight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Highlander stops Anastasio from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Anastasio can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Highlander is looking to escape.
Anastasio seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Highlander is holding on tight.
Anastasio forces the positional change into back control.

Anastasio working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Highlander is doing well to defend. Anastasio seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Highlander is forced to tap and this one is over!
