The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Neil is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
O Neil lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Itagaki Manabu has been cut.
Manabu tries for a takedown but O Neil sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nice takedown defense from O Neil. No joy for Manabu on that attempt.
O Neil stuffs the takedown attempt from Manabu. Manabu gets slowly back to his feet.
Mickey O Neil has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Itagaki Manabu.
O Neil lands with a big right hook that stumbles Manabu - he's out on his feet here! O Neil follows up with another monster hook that separates Manabu from consciousness! Manabu falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! O Neil stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
