Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Marabou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Les Germ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Germ throws a series of punches but Marabou avoids them all with ease.
Germ dodges the punch combination from Marabou.
No luck for Germ with that takedown attempt.
Marabou throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Germ.

Germ looking to score a takedown here. Marabou is defending well but Germ drives through and ends up in Marabou's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A telegraphed right hand from Germ misses the target.

Marabou uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Germ closes the distance and clinches up with Marabou, looking for a takedown. Germ pushes Marabou against the cage but Marabou circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Marabou gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Marabou scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Marabou rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Germ moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

It looks like Les Germ has been cut.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Marabou will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Marabou misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Marabou throws a right hand that Germ ducks under and follows up with a left that Germ also avoids with ease.
Germ changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marabou tries to avoid it but Germ manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marabou to the ground. Marabou escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Marabou lands a left and a right that send Germ crashing to the mat, dazed. Marabou thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
