Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Piotrek Nowak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matty Damon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nowak comes to the cage accompanied by LL Cool J - Its Time for War. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Nowak isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Damon stacks Nowak on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Damon!

Nowak escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Damon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Damon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nowak has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Damon has managed to get both his arms back between Nowak's legs - danger averted.

Nowak has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Damon is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Nowak.

Nowak is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Damon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nowak.
