Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Richard Coughlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javier Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coughlan comes to the cage accompanied by Infinite Mass-Enter The Dragon. Hernandez has chosen Sleep Now In the Fire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coughlan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hernandez moves away.
Hernandez slips a jab and a cross from Coughlan.
Hernandez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Coughlan thuds a left hand into Hernandez's body.
Hernandez shoots in but no luck this time.
Coughlan lands the left hand.
Hernandez drops his hands momentarily and Coughlan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A shot to the liver by Coughlan. Beautiful body shot.
Coughlan misses the shot to the body.
Coughlan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hernandez fails with a takedown attempt.
Richard Coughlan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Javier Hernandez.
A jab from Coughlan does it's job there.

Hernandez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Hernandez fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Coughlan to the ground. Hernandez is now in Coughlan's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Coughlan pulls Hernandez in to control the position.
Coughlan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hernandez on the ground.

Hernandez drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Coughlan dives on top into guard.

Coughlan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hernandez works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Coughlan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Coughlan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hernandez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Richard Coughlan.
Hernandez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Coughlan pinned against the cage. Coughlan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Coughlan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hernandez moves away.
Richard Coughlan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coughlan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Coughlan lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Coughlan.
Coughlan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hernandez.
Hernandez avoids a punch combination nicely.

Coughlan scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Coughlan throws out a loose jab but Hernandez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Coughlan slaps away a takedown attempt from Hernandez, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Coughlan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hernandez slips a jab and a cross from Coughlan.
Hernandez avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A looping hook to the body misses from Coughlan. Hernandez does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sloppy strikes from Coughlan. Those never looked like landing.
Hernandez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hernandez throws a shot from downtown. Coughlan moves away and avoids it.
Coughlan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hernandez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Coughlan lands a right hook to the body.
Coughlan connects with a body shot.
Hernandez shoots in for a takedown but Coughlan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Hernandez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Coughlan tries to bum rush Hernandez with a series of wild strikes but Hernandez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hernandez takes one on the button.

Hernandez is rocked!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Coughlan, as that shot connected.
Hernandez is still on wobbly legs! Can Coughlan finish him?
Coughlan drops Hernandez with a naaaaasty hook - Hernandez is in real trouble here! Coughlan dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

A very excited looking Richard Coughlan rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
