Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jacques Mehoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Obsut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obsut keeps the fight on the outside.
Obsut just misses with a punch to the body.
Mehoff avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mehoff slips under a jab.
Mehoff takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Obsut ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mehoff uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Obsut.

Obsut fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mehoff manages to avoid it.

Mehoff is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
No joy there for Mehoff, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Obsut cracks Mehoff with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Obsut drops back looking for a leg! Mehoff is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mehoff manages to kick Obsut off! Obsut jumps back into Mehoff's guard.

Obsut with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Obsut won't allow Mehoff to get back to his feet.
Obsut throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mehoff works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Obsut is on top in guard.
Obsut tries to free his leg and advance position but Mehoff is retaining full guard.
Obsut not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Obsut seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mehoff utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fedor Obsut dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Mehoff tries to close the distance and clinch but Obsut swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mehoff fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Obsut throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mehoff on the side of the head.
Mehoff tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Obsut manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Obsut shoots for a takedown but Mehoff saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Obsut changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mehoff looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Obsut goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mehoff has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Obsut but great work by Mehoff.
