Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gonna Spanked (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcello Monteiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monteiro has chosen DreamWorld by Ralek Gracie as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spanked pivots, looking for a leg kick but Monteiro is out of range and Spanked settles back down.
Spanked shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Monteiro is wriggling around trying to escape.
Monteiro is in a horrible position here. Spanked smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Monteiro has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Spanked can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Spanked does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Monteiro moves out of range of the leg kick from Spanked.
Spanked throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fighters circling - Spanked throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Spanked ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Monteiro moves away.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Spanked - that will leave a mark!
Monteiro tries to clinch there but Spanked circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Spanked. Monteiro does a little dance to reset his feet.
Monteiro throws a series of punches but Spanked moves out of range.

Monteiro just misses with a punch to the body.

Monteiro shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spanked as he avoids it easily.

Spanked cracks Monteiro with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
