Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ghostface Killah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Binse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ghostface Killah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christopher Binse!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Killah is predictable there
and Binse counters with a nice body shot.
Killah slips under a jab from Binse.
Killah ducks under a wild hook from Binse.
Killah ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Killah tries to clinch there but Binse circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Killah. Binse does a little dance to reset his feet.
Killah defending well as Binse loads up on a big left hand.
Binse swings for the body but Killah moves out of range.
A jab from Binse misses.
Killah misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Killah moves out of range as Binse strikes.

Killah slips a jab and a cross from Binse.

and Killah counters with a nice body shot.
Binse needs to keep his hands up - Killah had a free shot at his head there.

Binse looks to score with a jab to the body but Killah is just out of range.
Killah is looking to clinch but Binse is avoiding it.
Binse throws a looping overhand right but Killah ducks down to avoid it.
Killah misses with a two punch combination.
Binse connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Killah momentarily.
Binse swats away the attempt to clinch by Killah.
Binse throws a jab when Killah was well out of range.
Killah uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Binse.
Killah is looking to clinch but Binse is avoiding it.
Binse throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Killah sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Binse throws a poor cross that misses

and Killah counters by clinching up.
Binse lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Binse breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Binse throws a shot from downtown. Killah moves away and avoids it.

Binse misses with a few strikes there.
Killah tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Binse paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Binse misses with a hook. Killah ducked under it nicely.
Christopher Binse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Killah throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Binse counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Killah thinking.
Killah keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Killah tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Binse paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Killah slips a jab from Binse.

Binse fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Killah manages to avoid it.
Binse ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Killah moves away.

Binse bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Binse is looking to take a break and control but Killah is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Killah tries to improve position but can't.

Killah is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Binse has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Killah defending against the ground and pound.
Killah tries to bench press Binse off him but Binse keeps the position.
Binse lands a nice forearm strike.
Binse throwing strikes but Killah manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Binse is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Binse is not content to let Killah control the position.
Binse tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Killah wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Binse regains half guard.
Binse tries to get to full guard but Killah has control of the leg.
Binse gets full guard.
Binse looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Binse has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Killah has passed into side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Binse parries the strikes from Killah easily there. Killah is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Binse to escape.
Killah misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Binse throws a lazy right hand but Killah sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A swing and a miss from Binse.
Killah attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Binse misses with a looping right.
Binse swats away the attempt to clinch by Killah.
Killah moves in looking to clinch but Binse pushes him off.
Killah lands a nice shot to the body.

Binse dives in and scores a takedown into Killah's guard.
Binse postures up in Killah's guard and throws a big left but Killah blocks it.
Binse controls from within his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Binse in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Binse works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Killah is looking for a sweep. Binse is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Killah is staying active underneath Binse, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Binse is controlling the pace.
Binse throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Killah trying to control but Binse postures up.
Binse missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Binse is stalling here. Killah is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Binse seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Killah has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Killah goes for an armbar but Binse turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Binse.

Binse must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Binse throws an elbow that misses. Killah uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Binse's guard. Nice move by Killah!
Binse utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Binse lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Killah!
Binse postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Killah looks a forlorn figure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Christopher Binse showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Killah would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Binse manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Killah manages to get himself to full guard.
Binse is looking to work some ground and pound but Killah has wrist control.
Killah is trying to keep Binse in close.
Killah can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Binse controls the pace.
Killah has momentary wrist control but Binse slips an elbow through the middle.

Binse throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Binse content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Binse is looking to work some ground and pound but Killah has wrist control.
Binse distracts Killah with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Binse throws a strike but Killah rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Binse seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Killah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Binse swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Binse has a hand on Killah's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Killah takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Killah throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Killah misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Binse is squirming around, avoiding Killah's attempts to control the action.
Binse is trying desperately to improve position.
Binse sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Killah tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Binse works his way to full guard. Good work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Killah accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Binse is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Christopher Binse is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Ghostface Killah has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Binse is pushing down on Killah's leg trying to pass to half guard. Killah is fighting to maintain full guard but Binse has managed to sneak the leg through.

And that's the end of the fight!
Christopher Binse comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Binse winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
