Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Braden Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Zhirkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turk comes to the cage accompanied by Status Quo - Deeper and Down. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turk lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Zhirkov lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Turk dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zhirkov. That did some damage!
Zhirkov scores with the left hand. Turk knows he should have avoided that one.
Robert Zhirkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turk catches Zhirkov with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Robert Zhirkov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zhirkov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Turk stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Turk shoots in looking for a takedown. Zhirkov tries to sprawl out of it but Turk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zhirkov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Turk uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zhirkov.

Turk is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Turk has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Turk throws a low kick but it's checked well by Zhirkov.
Oh Turk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zhirkov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Zhirkov lands a nice hook to Turk's body. Turk takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Turk throws a right hand that Zhirkov ducks under and follows up with a left that Zhirkov also avoids with ease.
Zhirkov fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Turk to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Turk looks to clinch but Zhirkov throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Turk taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

In his post fight interview, Robert Zhirkov started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
