Byczynski is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: War is My Destiny. Nataniel Byczynski will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byczynski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bones swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Byczynski throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bones loads up on a big right hand but Byczynski slips the punch.
Bones throws a jab but it's blocked by Byczynski.
Byczynski tries to clinch but Bones moves out of range.
Bones checks the leg kick.
Bones scores with a sloppy right hand. Byczynski should have avoided that one.
Byczynski misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bones lands a jab.
Bones takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Breaking Bones has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bones lands a nice shot that snaps Byczynski's head back.
Bones misses with an uppercut. Byczynski saw that one coming.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Byczynski enables Bones to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Byczynski manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Byczynski throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bones escapes and throws Byczynski's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Byczynski is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bones is controlling him well.
Bones moves into full mount!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Byczynski can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bones breaks from Byczynski's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Bones lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bones avoids the attempt from Byczynski to control.

Bones is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Byczynski has managed to escape the submission attempt.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Bones is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Byczynski can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
It looks like Nataniel Byczynski has been cut.
Byczynski tries to buck Bones off but he can't manage it.
Byczynski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

After winning the bout, Breaking Bones thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
