The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kowski throws a right hand that Fontes ducks under and follows up with a left that Fontes also avoids with ease.
Kowski shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fontes as he avoids it easily.
Kowski tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fontes was well out of range. Poor timing from Kowski.
Fontes throws a quick inside leg kick.
Kowski shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Fontes, right into the meat.
Kowski moves forwards but Fontes connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Gronk Kowski has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kowski throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kowski fails to land the takedown.
Anderson Fontes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gronk Kowski.
Kowski looks gassed!
Fontes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Fontes lands a big head kick that sends Kowski tumbling to the mat! Fontes takes a step backwards and waves Kowski back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kowski is rocked!
Fontes darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Kowski's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Fontes before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
