Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Les Grossman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Budo Rei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grossman's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Get Back. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rei's choice of entrance music: Alice in Chains - No Excuses. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Budo Rei!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grossman tests Rei's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Grossman motions for Rei to come forward. Grossman throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Grossman misses the shot to the body.
Rei misses with a straight right.
Grossman fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Rei checks it well.
Grossman moves out of range as Rei throws a body kick.
Grossman checks a leg kick nicely.
Rei walks into a stiff left hand from Grossman.

It looks like Budo Rei has been cut.
Grossman digs a good body shot into Rei's ribs.
Grossman loads up on a big right hand but Rei slips the punch.

That kick from Grossman tenderised Rei's leg. Rei is trying to keep his angry face on.

Rei drops his hands momentarily and Grossman takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Rei lands a nice hook to Grossman's body. Grossman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rei slips a jab and a cross from Grossman.
Grossman on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rei. Rei obviously looking to wear him down.
Grossman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Rei throws a push kick but Grossman slaps the foot to one side.
Rei buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Grossman is trying to drag Rei to the mat but Rei just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Grossman moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Grossman is looking to wear down Rei with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grossman looks to land a left hand but Rei moved out of range nicely.

Grossman sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Rei sends Grossman crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Rei is motioning to the referee to let Grossman up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oh Grossman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rei drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Grossman's head, knocking him out cold! Rei is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

A relieved looking Budo Rei thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
