The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Folignus tries to clinch but Shonuck moves out of range.
Shonuck ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Folignus moves away.
A bone on bone clash there as Folignus blocks the leg kick.
Folignus checks the leg kick nicely there.
An inside leg kick lands from Shonuck.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Folignus.

Shonuck rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Folignus moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Shonuck connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Folignus momentarily.

Crunch! Shonuck slams his shin into Folignus's torso.

Folignus's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Shonuck throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Folignus stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Folignus tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Shonuck throws a nice outside leg kick.

Oooooh!!! Shonuck has knocked Folignus down with a huge combo! Shonuck steps away and waves a wobbly Folignus back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Folignus is rocked!

It looks like Nick Folignus has been cut.
Folignus doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Folignus is still on wobbly legs! Can Shonuck finish him?

Shonuck throws a leg kick which misses Folignus's front leg but catches the back leg as Folignus tries to avoid it.
Folignus seems to have recovered his senses.
Shonuck bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Folignus backs away from a small jab... but Shonuck lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Folignus crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Shonuck with a spectacular finish!
