Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mac Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradley Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mac Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bradley Hill!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill looks to land a left hand but Jackson moved out of range nicely.
Hill throws a leg kick but Jackson moved away.
Hill is looking to score with low kicks.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hill. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hill lands with a shot to the body.
Hill shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Hill tries a low kick but Jackson avoids it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hill lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jackson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jackson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hill will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Jackson avoids a kick to the body.
Hill fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jackson is out of range.
Hill swings away with a body shot that misses
and Jackson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Jackson misses with a body shot
and Hill counters with a nice leg kick.
A combination from Hill does no damage.
Hill throws a head kick but Jackson moves out of range.
Hill throws a right hand that misses
and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jackson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hill throws out the jab.
Hill misses with a right hand
and Jackson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jackson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
An inside leg kick from Hill misses.
Jackson looks to land a left hand but Hill moved out of range nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hill lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jackson's sensitive parts.
Jackson misses with a wild body shot.

Jackson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hill's head backwards.

and Hill takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hill thows a body kick. Jackson tries to catch it but that hurt him.

enabling Jackson to counter with a crisp jab.
Jackson misses with a wild body shot.
Hill misses with a low kick.

Hill fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jackson.
Hill pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hill is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jackson.
Hill lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jackson checks a leg kick.
Bradley Hill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson cracks Hill with a good jab.
Jackson ducks right into an uppercut from Hill.
Hill tries to land a leg kick but Jackson saw it coming and moves away.
Hill throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Jackson throws a jab when Hill was well out of range.
Jackson moves out of range as Hill throws a body kick.
Hill steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jackson.
Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hill.
Nice body kick there by Hill.
Hill throws a sloppy head kick and Jackson moves out of range easily.
Jackson is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Hill fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jackson checks it well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hill scores with a nice strike.
Jackson lands with a nice combination. Hill backs away looking to recover.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Bradley Hill will probably get the nod.
That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Hill attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hill misses with a low kick.
Hill misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hill throws a front kick aimed at Jackson's knee but Jackson avoids it well.
Bradley Hill seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Hill fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jackson checks it well.
Hill throws a head kick that misses.
Jackson has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jackson, as that shot connected.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hill darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hill thows a body shot but no joy.
Hill looks to score with a jab to the body but Jackson is just out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hill throws a leg kick that misses.
Good shot there by Jackson.
Jackson checks the leg kick nicely there.

Hill is rocked!
Jackson looks to land a right hand but Hill moved out of range.
Hill is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Hill misses with a right hand
and Jackson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hill misses with a body punch
and Jackson counters with a nice body shot.
Hill is breathing heavily.
Jackson lands a big right hook! Hill looks hurt but is still standing! Jackson lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Hill falls down and Jackson dives in with a huge hammer fist! Hill's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Jackson runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mac Jackson!
