Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paul Baksteen!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BDown lands a head kick!

It looks like Paul Baksteen has been cut.
BDown throws a wild body kick that Baksteen sees coming a mile off.
Baksteen tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Baksteen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. BDown manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A left lands for BDown.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Baksteen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but BDown paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Baksteen misses with an uppercut

and BDown counters with a head kick that drops Baksteen to the mat! Baksteen scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Baksteen is rocked!
A combination from Baksteen does no damage.
Baksteen is still on wobbly legs! Can BDown finish him?

BDown fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baksteen, pushing him back against the cage.
Baksteen blocks a body shot from BDown.
Baksteen seems to have recovered his senses.
BDown working the clinch nicely. Baksteen is working for position but BDown cracks him with a big knee to the head! Baksteen crumples up against the cage and BDown lands two more shots before the ref can save Baksteen! This one is all over!
