Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nick Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cosmo Kramer!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Valeri Chadov and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz scores with a jab to the head.

It looks like Nick Diaz has been cut.
Diaz throws a hook to the side of Kramer's head but Kramer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Diaz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kramer manages to avoid it.
Diaz throws a hook to the side of Kramer's head but Kramer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Diaz takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kramer takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Diaz steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kramer. That one must have hurt.
Kramer tries to land a leg kick but Diaz saw it coming and moves away.

Kramer manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Diaz on his heels. He'll look to pass Diaz's guard now, I'm sure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kramer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Diaz defends it well.

Diaz is looking for a sweep. Kramer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kramer moves into full mount! Diaz won't be happy about that!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Diaz looks to score with a jab to the body but Kramer is just out of range.
Diaz connects with a right hand. Kramer shakes it off.
Diaz loads up on a big right hand but Kramer slips the punch.
Kramer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.


Nick Diaz's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Diaz is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kramer pulls his head out easily.
Cosmo Kramer has got the better of the ground game so far.
Diaz wants to control but Kramer is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Kramer winds up and cracks Diaz with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

After winning the bout, Cosmo Kramer thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
