Jackson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eye of the Tiger. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Jackson.
Markman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jackson feints and then cracks Markman's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Markman down.
Jackson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jackson looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Markman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Horrible takedown by Markman or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad.
Jt Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rory Markman.
Jackson tries to land a front kick but Markman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jackson with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Markman fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jackson thows a body shot but no joy.
Jackson throws a chopping leg kick but Markman manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

It looks like Rory Markman has been cut.
Jackson connects with an inside leg kick.
Markman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but Markman persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing.
Jackson lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Markman uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jackson.
Markman shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jackson throws a shot from downtown. Markman moves away and avoids it.
Jackson misses with a looping right.
Jackson leaves Markman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jackson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jackson thumps Markman with a low kick.

Jackson cracks Markman with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Markman uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jackson.
Jackson looks to land a body kick but Markman moved away.
Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That kick from Jackson tenderised Markman's leg. Markman is trying to keep his angry face on.
Jackson swings for the body but Markman moves out of range.
Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Markman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jackson lands with an uppercut that bounces Markman off the cage and back into range.

Markman is rocked!
Markman shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Markman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Markman is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Jackson fakes the leg kick and cracks Markman in the body.
Markman looks gassed!
Jackson lands a body shot.
Jackson lands with a right hand.
Jackson throws an overhand right that drops Markman like a sack of potatoes! Jackson dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
