Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominick Rivaldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is yes. Rivaldi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Joker's Wild kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivaldi digs a good hook to Brown's body.
Rivaldi throws an overhand right that lands on Brown's shoulder, as Brown tries to avoid the shot.

The fighters circle momentarily. Brown darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Brown takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

It looks like Mr Brown has been cut.

enabling Brown to counter with a crisp jab.
Rivaldi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Brown has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Rivaldi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

and Rivaldi counters with a slapping leg kick.

Brown takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

and Rivaldi counters with a nice uppercut.
Rivaldi's corner calls for a 1-2. Rivaldi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Brown is rocked!
Rivaldi lands a nice hook to Brown's body. Brown takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Brown counters with a left to the body.
Rivaldi throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Rivaldi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Brown on the side of the head.
Oh Brown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rivaldi feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brown's calf.
Brown seems to have got his legs back now.
Rivaldi moves out of range of the strikes.

Rivaldi feints and then cracks Brown's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Brown down.
Rivaldi connects with a leg kick. Brown looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Brown lands a lovely overhand right.
Brown throws a looping overhand right but Rivaldi ducks down to avoid it.
Rivaldi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Brown on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nice straight punches there by Brown. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Brown.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Brown walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Rivaldi throws a head kick that Brown semi-blocks.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Brown.

Brown throws a sloppy head kick
and Rivaldi counters with an inside leg kick.
Brown connects with the punch.
Brown looks to land a right hand but Rivaldi moved out of range.
Rivaldi throws a looping overhand right but Brown ducks down to avoid it.
Rivaldi connects with a body shot.
The crowd cheers as Rivaldi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brown doesn't seem phased though.
Brown misses the shot to the body.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rivaldi, right into the meat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rivaldi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Rivaldi drops Brown with a straight right hand, right on the button! Rivaldi follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
