Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rampe Rovio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Declan Duddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rovio comes to the cage accompanied by Eläkeläiset- Ranttalihumppa. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Declan Duddy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rampe Rovio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
A punch combination from Duddy misses.
Rovio just misses with a punch to the body.
Rovio slips a jab and a cross from Duddy.
Rovio tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Duddy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rovio shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Duddy as he avoids it easily.
Duddy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Good work by Rovio as he checks the leg kick.
Rovio throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That was a close round but I would say that Rampe Rovio will probably get the nod.
That's time! Rovio's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Rampe Rovio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rovio feints and then cracks Duddy's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Duddy down.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Duddy enables Rovio to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Duddy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rovio might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rovio sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Duddy's guard.
Duddy has one foot on Rovio's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Duddy lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rovio backs up against the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
