The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan tries to clinch there but Thrace circles away.
Thrace looking to score a takedown here. Khan is defending well but Thrace drives through and ends up in Khan's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thrace accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Thrace really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Khan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Khan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Thrace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Thrace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Thrace takes a decent strike to the side of the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Thrace throws a sloppy strike and Khan has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Thrace is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Khan!
