Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Stein sprawls well. Stein wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bowman gets slowly back to his feet.

Stein scores with a takedown into Bowman's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Bowman wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Stein manages to pass to side control.

Stein seems to be working for a kimura but Bowman defends the submission attempt.

Stein is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Stein is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Stein uses his free foot to push down on Bowman's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bowman.
Bowman is in a horrible position here. Stein smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

It looks like Gary Bowman has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Stein has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Stein wants to finish this one by submission but Bowman is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Stein.

Gary Bowman's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
