Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jordan Mutch!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Mutch misses.
Mutch manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ekim on his heels. He'll look to pass Ekim's guard now, I'm sure.

Mutch sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ekim defending well though.
Ekim keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Mutch takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Mutch is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mutch moves nicely into side control.

Mutch is looking to take a break and control but Ekim is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Mutch tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Mutch throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Mutch looks up at the clock and then as Ekim takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mutch smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ground and pound from Mutch seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Ekim is trying to escape the position but Mutch is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mutch fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Mutch has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ekim is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Mutch yanks on the arm and Ekim is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Mutch.
