Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Seth Wray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Voychenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wray comes to the cage accompanied by The Leprechan Song. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Vladimir Voychenko!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Voychenko misses the target.
Voychenko tries a low kick but Wray avoids it.

Voychenko closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wray struggles to land a body shot inside as Voychenko controls his hands.
Voychenko prevents a body shot from Wray.
Voychenko wants to break the clinch but can't.
Voychenko looking to slow down the pace here.

Voychenko jumps guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Voychenko had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wray defends it easily.
Wray has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Voychenko has an active guard here but Wray has managed to pass into half guard.
Voychenko wants to improve his position but Wray is controlling well.
Voychenko makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Voychenko.

Wray stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Voychenko swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Wray knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Voychenko on the ground.

Wray is really struggling to control Voychenko but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wray is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Voychenko is looking for a sweep. Wray is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Voychenko gets back to full guard.
Wray tries to free his leg and advance position but Voychenko is retaining full guard.
Wray postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Voychenko manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Wray regains half guard.
Voychenko trying to mount his opponent but Wray defends it.
Voychenko passes to full mount!
Voychenko wants to take his opponent's back but Wray doesn't allow it.

Wray defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Voychenko.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Voychenko wants to control the pace but Wray is squirming around nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wray wants to hold on but Voychenko pushes him away.
Voychenko with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Voychenko looking to control but Wray is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Voychenko has hold of Wray's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wray manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Wray really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wray drives through with a takedown into guard.

Wray stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Voychenko swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Voychenko tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Voychenko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wray doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wray manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Wray won't allow Voychenko to sweep him here.
Wray trying to control the position from guard on top but Voychenko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Voychenko is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Voychenko pushes a forearm under Wray's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Wray is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Vladimir Voychenko looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Now I want the belt!'.
