Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vicks Wedge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garrett Bukovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wedge comes to the cage accompanied by Song for the Suspect. Bukovsky has chosen Grubson feat. donGURALesko - Moc as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bukovsky connects with a crisp jab.
Bukovsky throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wedge's head.
Bukovsky tries to clinch there but Wedge circles away.
Bukovsky fails to land with a series of punches.
Wedge fails with a takedown attempt.
Bukovsky fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wedge moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
It looks like Garrett Bukovsky has been cut.

Wedge changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bukovsky tries to avoid it but Wedge manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bukovsky to the ground. Bukovsky escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wedge misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bukovsky.
Horrible takedown by Wedge or perhaps it was just good defense by Bukovsky which made him look bad.

Bukovsky tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Wedge manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wedge looks to land a combination but Bukovsky avoids it well.

Bukovsky paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Wedge takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Oh Wedge is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A nice inside leg kick there by Bukovsky. That's going to slow Wedge down.
Wedge is breathing heavily.
Bukovsky connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Wedge to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Bukovsky!

Garrett Bukovsky was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
