Marciano comes to the cage accompanied by REDEMPTION SONG. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown takes one on the button.
Marciano tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Brown is able to avoid easily.
Marciano throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Brown sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Marciano has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marciano there as he acknowledges the shot.
Brown moves forwards but Marciano connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Leroy Brown has been cut.

Brown tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Marciano manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Marciano connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Brown gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The crowd cheers as Marciano lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brown doesn't seem phased though.

Marciano wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Brown takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Marciano wobbles Brown with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Marciano dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Brown to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

In his post fight interview, Don Marciano gave a big smile as he said 'Bad Bad Leroy Brown, if I am singing this song I just knocked you out...'.
