Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aima Hei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hei comes into the arena with Immortal Technique - The Rebel blaring out of the sound system. Johns has chosen By the Sword - Slash as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hei thumps Johns with a low kick.
Johns goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hei shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Johns but Johns pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hei throws a body punch but Johns moves out of range.
Hei ducks under a wild hook from Johns.

Johns bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hei's head backwards.
Nice body kick from Hei.
Hei avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Johns. Hei does a little dance to reset his feet.
Johns swings for the body but Hei moves out of range.
Johns doesn't manage to clinch there - Hei circles away.
Hei uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johns.

Hei throws a lazy right hand but Johns sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hei lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Johns circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice straight punches there by Johns. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Johns.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Johns throws a low kick, looking for Hei's leg but Hei calmly moves out of range.
Hei feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Johns's calf.
Hei ducks under a wild hook from Johns.
Hei is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Johns ducks right into an uppercut from Hei.
Johns tried to score with a low kick but Hei checks it.
A punch lands to the side of Hei 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Johns lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hei has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hei and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hei lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johns's sensitive parts.

Hei scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Johns doesn't seem bothered though.
Hei avoids the head kick by Johns.
Hei connects with a body shot that sends Johns's belly button to the back.
Johns tries to land a front kick but Hei steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Johns on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A slapping leg kick lands for Hei.

Hei decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Johns is trying to control but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Aima Hei dominated that round.

Hei throws a leg kick but Johns sees it coming and moves out of range.
Hei lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Johns throws a shot from downtown. Hei moves away and avoids it.
Hei takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Johns throws a hook to the side of Hei's head but Hei sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Johns's corner calls for a 1-2. Johns obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Johns's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Hei lands a head kick!

Johns is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Johns is still on wobbly legs! Can Hei finish him?
Hei works on Johns's body with a couple of short punches.
Hei creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Johns with a big uppercut! Johns tries to clinch up but Hei pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Johns to the mat! Johns covers up and Hei unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Aima Hei tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
