Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenneth Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne has chosen Larry and His Flask - Beggers will Ride as his entrance music. Nick Sanchez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Sanchez or perhaps it was just good defense by Wayne which made him look bad.
Sanchez takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sanchez slips a straight right by Wayne.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sanchez tries to pull guard but Wayne holds him up against the cage and eventually Sanchez drops back down to his feet.
Wayne tries to land knees in the clinch but Sanchez avoids the damage to the body.
Wayne lands a hook to the side of the head.
Wayne lands a nice uppercut.
Wayne lands a left hand.
Sanchez takes a shot to the head.

Wayne pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wayne feints and then cracks Sanchez's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sanchez down.
Sanchez dives in and grabs Wayne's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wayne pushes down on Sanchez's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sanchez shoots in for a double leg but Wayne sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Sanchez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wayne moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Sanchez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wayne swivels and escapes.
Sanchez takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sanchez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Wayne throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Wayne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sanchez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sanchez misses with a few strikes there.
Sanchez darts in trying to clinch
and Wayne counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Wayne closes the distance and clinches.

Wayne breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wayne throws a quick inside leg kick.
Wayne swings away with a leg kick that misses.
A swing and a miss from Wayne.
Sanchez throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wayne looks to throw the jab but Sanchez is out of range.
A slapping body kick lands there for Wayne.
Sanchez is breathing heavily.

Sanchez is trying to break the clinch but Wayne has him pressed against the cage.

Wayne comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Wayne misses with a knee strike.
Sanchez jumps guard but Wayne stands there with Sanchez around his waist. Sanchez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Wayne sends Sanchez crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Wayne is motioning to the referee to let Sanchez up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
