Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Kallai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddy Maiden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maiden is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Walk. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maiden throws out a leg kick but Kallai moves out of range and Maiden only half commits.

Viktor Kallai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kallai tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Maiden manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kallai is fighting off a takedown attempt but Maiden is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kallai to the mat. Kallai regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Maiden uses his free foot to push down on Kallai's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kallai.
